Happy Friday! Date Night Blues. Last night Emma took a few snaps of Jeff and I as we were heading out to dinner… I couldn’t wait to wear this new blue midi dress/romper. It’s been so hot lately that I wanted to show off something a little more summery while still looking chic. This blue midi was perfect.

What’s fun about this piece is that it looks like a dress from the front and back but from the sides it has a long slit allowing a little skin & shorts to peek through. Rompers are the best because they allow you to feel comfortable while doing almost anything in them. Even if it’s a windy day, you don’t need to worry about having a Marilyn moment! The midi fits true to size.. I’m wearing a 4 which holds me in perfectly.

• Gold Wedges – love these slip-on sandals! They are the perfect heel height for walking yet still look adorable. Tons of good reviews.
• Pearl Hoops – I love this trendy take on the classic pearl. They’re not too large which I’m not a huge fan of.. and they are under $25. Winning!
• Pearl Wrap Bracelet – I just ordered 3 of these cute wraps in different styles and love the casualness of them. They go with everything! Right now this bracelet is on sale for $19.
