I adore Pottery Barn… It’s one of my favorite stores to shop so you can imagine how thrilled I was when Pottery Barn asked me to participate in the launch of their new campaign, ‘#MyPBstory‘ on Instagram. It’s a campaign that has meaning and if there is one thing to know about me… it’s that everything has meaning to me.
I’m a bit sentimental and almost every piece in my home has a story of some sort attached to it. When people explain a connection they have with something I feel it makes a world of difference to the meaning behind the purchase of the piece. I have so many items from this wonderful store… all of which I adore and each with it’s own reason. How wonderful to have an outlet like #mypbstory with which to explain more. I’ll be posting along with many others a few photos like the one seen below explaining why my Pottery Barn piece means so much to me throughout this next month. I hope you’ll enjoy all…

“Every time I’m in my bedroom and I look over at this beautiful slipcovered chair from @potterybarn I expect to see my little shadow… our sweet dog Cal who just passed away a few months ago. ❤️ It was his favorite seat in the house where he could watch me from every angle while I made the bed, straightened up the house and got ready every morning. I love that this chair will always hold such special memories.”

I love this! I love when a home tells a story, whether through its furnishings or art. Such a sweet story. Our little pup has a favorite chair that we recovered in a PB fabric. And, we too love Pottery Barn. Most every room in our home has something from their store. And from past experience their customer service and employees are the best!!
