During the Summer, we love to relax in the garden with a cool drink in hand while chatting with friends and family. It is one of our favorite weekend activities! We always make a few different drinks that remind us of being on a beach somewhere, toes in the sand.. not a worry in the world. We knew we had to add Jeff’s Coconut Mojito Recipe to the blog after SO many of you requested it, when we made them in our stories!
One of my all-time favorite flavors is coconut. The amount of delicious desserts, drinks and appetizers that we’ve gone out of our way to make because coconut is listed as one of the featured ingredients is crazy. I think coconut makes everything taste better.

Jeff makes us mojitos all the time because we all are huge fans of them. We make all kinds of different flavors… mango, regular, lemon.. the list goes on.
One of my favorites has to be this coconut mojito cocktail because of the cream of coconut added. The cream of coconut is really easy to find – it’s always available in the alcohol section at our local supermarkets. It thickens up the drink just a tad and makes it sweet. SO good! Plus, you can make pina coladas, coconut ice cream or even coconut popsicles with cream of coconut.
Coconut mojitos are best served in an ice cold high ball glass/tumbler. I found mine at World Market and we use them for everything as our regular water glasses as well. I love the look and thickness of them – such great glassware. Click here to shop my glassware.
