Are you excited for Thanksgiving?! I feel like everyone is full steam ahead all about Christmas and Thanksgiving has been left in the dust. Well, don’t worry guys I didn’t skip one of my favorite holidays!
For years, Jeff and I have hosted our family for Thanksgiving. We love entertaining here at the house and while Jeff loves to be in the kitchen cooking for everyone, I love to decorate and style the spaces for my friends and family! The dinner table decor is an extremely important aspect to Thanksgiving in my opinion – dressing up this space is fun for everyone. It really matters to me that everyone feels warm and cozy around the table because it’s the main gathering spot.
I collaborated with the Martha Stewart team on showcasing their gorgeous Harvest collection created for Macy’s over on my Instagram! It’s been an incredible experience because not only do I love Martha and have looked to her for many ideas & tips over the years but I also loved her new collection. The best part is? Definitely the affordability factor behind each piece on my Thanksgiving table. (All of the pieces are 40% off right now with an additional 30% off by using the code FRIEND, and you get an amazing bonus item with your purchase worth $70! So incredible – click here to shop the collection directly!!)
My favorite piece has to be the 12-piece dinnerware set. It has a vintage & classic look that is so pretty.. especially for the price! ($70 right now). Click here to shop the dinnerware.
Something you may know about me..I have to have a special flower arrangement grounding each table. For every occasion (from Thanksgiving down to your most basic BBQ) I love to add natural elements to my tablescapes. This time around I called my favorite local florist, Patricia from Jam Jar Posies, to see if she could whip up a full Fall hydrangea arrangement in a large gold bowl that I had. Miraculously Patricia found the perfect autumn toned hydrangeas at the SF Flower Mart and created a masterpiece that was simple yet elegant. I can’t say enough how much I love this Pleasanton based florist – she’s so talented and sweet as anything! Definitely give her a call for all your floral needs if you live in the area.
Another beautiful natural element that I incorporated in this table setting are the fruits, pumpkins, gold leaves, and delicious foods. Sometimes the details help pull everything together.
I’ve linked all of the pieces I’ve used on my table below – from the gorgeous dinnerware, flatware, glassware to the beautiful harvest wreath and linens. Once again, all are 40% off with an additional 30% (use code FRIEND) + you receive a bonus item with purchase worth over $60.
